At LLB we recognize our clients concerns when traveling.  We work diligently to ensure a direct line of communication between you and your chauffeur is always obtainable.  Once your flight has arrived you will receive a text message from your chauffeur welcoming you and providing detailed instructions on the meeting point for your particular terminal.  Our team in dispatch use three state of the art flight tracking softwares to cross reference arrival times and ensure that you are never left waiting at the curb.  If you need assistance with your bags or simply would like to be welcomed inside the terminal we strongly recommend adding our VIP meet and greet service to your reservation.  This is particularly helpful at Logan International airport as chauffeurs are not allowed to leave the vehicle and are routinely checked by State Police.
